Julio Sergio Reyes Velasquez is a multi-genre professional musician performing and creating music based out of Wisconsin for the last 17years. He was featured vocally in the TV show “The Masked Singer”, featured singer in Oshkosh Jazz Fest, and worship leader at one of the best Worship Teams in the States. He studied Jazz at University Wisconsin Green Bay majoring on Saxophone. The genres Julio has since mastered include: Jazz, Salsa, Latin, R&B, Neo-soul, Pop, and Gospel music. His main instruments are saxophone, voice, and keys. He also plays bass, drums, and guitar. Due to his high standards for musicianship and excellence in music and his outstanding High Tenor vocals and skill on Saxophone Julio has been a featured guest musician for many Large Churches, Festivals, and Music Groups.
Julio grew up in El Salvador in Central America for the first ten years of his life. His Dad was a professional touring drummer with a mega church. His father’s skill and passion for music was handed down to Julio. He picked up the saxophone at eleven years old when his family moves to the United States and his musical journey began. Growing up his musical influences ranged from Sonny Rollins, Chet Baker, Papo Lucca, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, and later on Silk Sonic.
